The catalog
Sublimation bonds the ink into the surface, so the art doesn't peel, crack or wash off. It just becomes part of the thing. Here's what we keep in stock.
Start to finish
Three steps, and a real person at every one of them.
A photo, a sketch on a napkin, a logo file, a kid's drawing. Anything above 300 DPI presses beautifully — and if yours isn't, we'll clean it up and show you a proof before anything gets pressed.
You get a mockup on the actual product within one business day. Change the crop, the colors, the placement, the wording. We don't press until you say go.
Everything is pressed by hand in small batches, checked twice, and wrapped. Most orders are ready in 3–5 days. Pickup in Campbell is free; shipping is flat-rate.
Behind the press
There's no warehouse and no call center. There's a heat press in Campbell, a family that argues about color choices, and three helpers who mostly supervise.
What's Your Creation started with one press, a stack of blank tumblers, and a kid who wanted her drawing on a water bottle. It worked. Then the neighbors wanted one, then their teachers, then a whole soccer team.
We still press every order by hand, which is why you get a proof before anything is final and why we'll tell you honestly when a file won't hold up at full size. If it isn't good enough to hand to a friend, it doesn't leave the studio.
Pickup is at our place in Campbell, usually with someone small answering the door.

Good to know
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI. Aim for 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. A transparent PNG is ideal for anything with a background you don't want. Phone photos usually work fine — send the original, not a screenshot of it.
Only if it's sublimation-ready. Sublimation needs a polyester fabric (65% or higher) or a poly-coated hard surface. Cotton tees and uncoated steel won't take the ink. Bring the blank by and we'll test a corner before committing.
Shirts: inside out, cold, hang dry. Tumblers and mugs: hand wash, and keep them out of the dishwasher — the heat is what dulls them, not the water. Coasters and magnets: wipe with a damp cloth. The print itself won't peel, because there's no layer sitting on top to peel.
One. Genuinely. Bulk pricing kicks in at 12 pieces and again at 50, but a single keychain is a completely normal order here.
Standard is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush is next-day for a $15 fee, subject to what's on the press that week. Ask before you assume — sometimes the answer is yes.
Absolutely — that's most of what we press. Photos of people you know and have permission to print are always welcome. We can't reproduce copyrighted characters, team logos or licensed artwork.
