Our Story
Built in a Garage Town
Taco Bravo has been a Campbell favorite since the early 1970s. Dennis Wuollet founded it in its longtime spot on South Bascom Avenue, and it became the place for fast-casual tacos, burritos, and late-night eats — the food you get after a shift, after a game, or after the bars close.
Dennis took pride in every item that went out the door, and in his beloved racing. Taco Bravo has backed local race cars and community events for decades; the sponsor decals were never marketing, they were just what you did when your neighbors raced.
Today Shawn leads the shop, bringing improvements to the restaurant while keeping the classics and the traditions that made Taco Bravo what it is. Same shells. Same sauce. Same window.
